Our Purpose
It’s our desire to help you feel welcome and at home because nothing is more stressful than visiting a church and not knowing what to do or where to go.
We strive to make each child feel loved in a safe & secure environment. Each one of our volunteers is trained yearly in Nazarene safe (a safety program), holds a current background check and is interviewed to ensure a proper fit with your child.
Our Classes
Little Sprouts
6 weeks – Preschool
Our children ages 6 weeks through preschool are loved and cared for during Sunday morning service. We have volunteers that are gifted with young children and your little one will learn Jesus’ love through gentle care, simple songs and play.
Kids Town
Kindergarten – 5th Grade
Children who are ages kindergarten through 5th grade have the opportunity to learn through our Kid’s Town Program. Participants in Kids Town worship with family in the sanctuary and then are dismissed to their classroom where they are provided a safe place to learn God’s word through fun age appropriate activities and learning experiences.
Special Environments
Family Room
Our family room is a place where breastfeeding mothers, or families who have children that need a little quiet during the service can watch the message together in a private environment. Located in our kids building, it’s the first door on the left when entering from the gym.
Special Needs
Every child matters to us and deserves to hear about Jesus on their level. If your child needs special accommodations during Sunday morning service we would love to work with you to come up with a plan that works for everyone. Please fill out the special accommodations form and a staff member will be in contact with you shortly.
Our Core Values
Creative Bible Teaching
The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We bring Bible stories to life through activities and conversations that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God’s Word and understand its value in their lives.
Kid Friendly
Everything from our environments, to the language we use in our lessons, to our small group materials are created with your child’s age and stage in mind.
Relationships
We want kids to know there are people at church who care about them. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children are placed in a small group of familiar faces where relationships can grow.
Fun
Kids love fun! We create fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and live acting. When children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back.
Safety
We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe. Every toy and environment gets cleaned and sanitized. And, every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check. Our whole team — from staff members to small group leaders to safety personnel — are trained to keep your kids safe.
